Shipment We cooperate with powerful international forwarder, we could supply effecient sea shipment for our customers.   4. Installation We have inatallation certificate and could supply installation service to Chinese customer or overseas customers.   5. On line technical support When customer install or debug our product, we give on line technical support to answer customers' questions.   7. Optional engineer technical support If any customer wants our engineer to give installation or debugging support, we could arrange engineer to give support at site. This is chargable.   8. One year main parts quality warranty For main components of machine, we will give one year warranty. If during one year, any main components have quality problem, we will give free components to exchange.   9. Teaching lessons For new customer, we could arrange teaching lessons for them in our factory. The training includes debugging and future maintanence.   10. Technical Documents We will give the testing report for main components, Installation Manual, Debugging and maintenance Manual and ship those documents with goods.       FAQ 1.
